I BELIEVE THAT PROPERTIES ARE ALLOWED TO "GROUPED". AND IF 1 PROPERTY QUALIFIES AS A NON PASSIVE RENTAL PROPERTY ALL RENTAL PROPERTIES CAN BE TREATED AS NON PASSIVE
I THINK THE REV PROC IS 469 OR A NUMBER VERY CLOSE
