I am on disability. I receive social security money from my late husband, as well as the Commonwealth of Virginia. I also receive worker's comp money. I have papers from SS and Virginia, but not from worker's comp. Can I file without those paper

If you had no other income from any other sources than you have mentioned, you are not required to file.
