Hello

The married filing joint standard deduction is $12,600.

The additional Standard Deduction amount for those age 65 or older or blind is $1,250 for married individuals.

You put $14800 on line 40.

The standard deduction is higher for seniors -- $14,800 if you're married filing jointly and you and your spouse are both at least 65.

I know rating takes an additional step and I truly appreciate it when you take the extra time!

So sorry about that it is 15100 not 14800

I do not know how I typed the 2014 number. For 2015 you put $15100 for standard deduction
