I can not log in my e mail address from last year was with another carrier and i can not get into that e mail to get my old passwork or user id help?

If this is for something like turbo tax.

Just make a new account with your new email address

there are maybe 3 numbers that it uses from the old taxes. It is a heck of a lot easier to just put those numbers in manually than to try to recover the old account.
