Hi from just answer. I'm PDtax, and will assist.

Can you clarify your question? I don't understand how many weeks are you asking about. Also, the state tax cap might come into play. In my home state, NY, the wage base is 10300. The federal is 7000. How much total wages were paid for the year?

I'm sorry, but my questions remain unanswered. I'll respond to the information provided.

These questions remain unanswered, but I will provide an answer below:

Are the three employees employed all year?

What 11 weeks are you referring to? The remaining 11 weeks of 2015?

I don't understand the week 30 mention.

I'll use California as an example state. It requires unemployment on the first $7,000 of wages. So does the Federal 940.

As such, employee #1 costs $7,000 * (.056+.008)=$448. It takes 18 weeks for this employee to be fully liable.

employee #2 costs $7,000 * (.056+.008)=$448. It takes 14 weeks for this employee to be fully liable.

employee #3 costs $7,000 * (.056+.008)=$448. It takes 10 weeks for this employee to be fully liable.

Hope that meets your needs. Positive feedback is appreciated. I'm PDtax.
