That is hard to compare - as there are different tax systems and use different tax basis.
Depending on personal circumstances - either Switzerland or the US may be more favorable for the person or for the corporation.

For instance in Switzerland corporate tax rate is generally lower compare to the US.
However Switzerland has so called corporate net wealth tax which are due even there is no income.
