I need to copy a copy of my Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit. I cannot find my recent one. Last show we did was very, very windy and I think it blew away. Can I get one online?

Hello and thanks for trusting me to help you today. I am a tax adviser with over 20 years of experience.
You can write to the comptroller office and request that copy. They use dot charge $5 for that so there is a fee.
You cannot get a copy online unfortunately. You can verify your permit if it is needed to show a vendor by going online but you cannot print a copy.
When you write you should include all your business information and the reason you need the copy.
