Is it ok to pay my mortgage directly from my corporate account. I don't want to write it off, I just want to reduce the need to have to transfer the money to my personal and pay it from there, it is easier to pay it from my corporate account. Thanks!

Robin D. :

Hello and thank you for using Just Answer,
It is really not a good idea to mix business and personal expenses or income. I know it seems a little thing and would be easier for you but the accounting is better if the steps are followed.

Is that considered commingling that would disrupt the corporate shield?

Robin D. :

Yes that is one problem with doing the payment that way.

ok thank you
