Sure. I have an additional question. I'm starting sales in the website very soon. But I haven't filled the application. Just to make sure. For Texas should I fill the form AP-201-3. Is this correct? Just to make sure and proceed to fill the form for my co.

Should I wait until I get back the form or just start selling?

Thanks again for your help.

Thanks, XXXXX XXXXX your follow up. Yes, you would fill out that form for Texas. You can start selling now, but be sure to collect sales tax from your sales in Texas.
