Hi and welcome to Just Answer!
If your employer is no longer in business - ADP will not provide you W2 forms.

Please see for reference - http://www.adp.com/contact/employeecontact.aspx
What if I have a question regarding my W2 and my former employer is no longer in business?
If your former employer is no longer in business, they are still obligated to provide you with a W2. If you still do not receive your W2 by February 15th, you can call the IRS at(NNN) NNN-NNNN
If you decide to call the IRS after February 15th, it will be helpful to have your last paystub available which should include your employer's Employer Identification Number (EIN).
ADP does not provide W2s to current or former employees of ADP clients
.

Your only option - to request information from the IRS.
You may request exact copies of your tax return (including W2 forms) - the IRS charges $57 for that, or
you may request your tax account transcript. There is no fee for transcripts.

You need to use the form www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506t.pdf to obtain your tax account transcript.

On the form - check the box 8 for information about W2, 1099, 1098 forms.

You have three easy and convenient options for getting copies of your federal tax return information -- tax account transcripts--by phone, by mail, or online.

The new online ordering method, Order A Transcript - http://../individuals/article/0,,id=232168,00.html , is available and makes ordering simple.

You may also request transcripts by calling 1-800-908-9946_, or order by mail using IRS Form 4506T (Request for Transcript of Tax Return).

Let me know if you need any help.

Be sure to ask for clarification if needed.
