Welcome! My goal is to do my very best to understand your situation and to provide a full and complete answer for you.

Good morning. To form an LLC, there are several steps....i) first, complete and file a Certificate of Formation online with the Secretary of State of NJ at their website; ii) second, obtain an Federal Taxpayer ID number from the IRS online; iii) do a simply Operating Agreement..you can download one from www.rocketlawyer.com or www.legalzoom.com if you are going to be the only member..if you are going to have other owners, you might want an attorney to help you to make sure you cover all the possible "what ifs" concerning your agreement with the other members; and iv) open a bank account. You're ready to go!
