Robin D :

Hello and thank you for using Just Answer
Here is a chart that should assist you in understanding which form to use

Tax Year 2010 exempt organization annual returns.">

2010 Tax Year and later
(Filed in 2011 and later)

Form to File

Instructions

Gross receipts normally ≤ $50,000
Note: Organizations eligible to file the e-Postcard may choose to file a full return

990-N

n/a

Gross receipts < $200,000, and
Total assets < $500,000

990-EZ

or 990

Instructions

Gross receipts ≥ $200,000, or
Total assets ≥ $500,000

990

Instructions

Private foundation

990-PF

Instructions

As your organization has greater than $50,000 you can use either the 990 or the 990EZ. If your organization's information is simple thern use the EZ, even if you could use the EZ and instead used the 990 it would not be incorrect. The 990 is considered the "long form". You can use either. Both require the Schedule A.
