HI!is there a way to denounce ( by e-mail if possible)somebody who cheats the RIS in FLORIDA STATE(undeclared work) ... and encourage, FOR MANY YEARS, a lot of french canadian to do the same thing(WORK ON ALL KIND OF THINGS,paid cash of course and no income tax return in USA.i mention florida state because i have been living there during30 years and this problem is probably the same in many other states.in doing that, they cheat the canadian IRS at the same time. thanks for the information.Yves ROY.

This is very hard to "prove". I realize that it's frustrating, but things like cash, under the table take many man hours to prove and the RIS knos this goes on but for what they recover it wouldn't be worth the cost for them to get involved.
It seems like you are a great citizen and person trying to do the right thing.
Unfortunately while you can "report" people to the RIS more than likely it will be a waste of time and postage.
I wish there was a better answer. Even the IRS in the US leaves this alone.
