I have a dual citizenship , I live in Lebanon , I did not file any taxes for the last 10 yrs since i didnt have any sizable income , and as I was told that there is a certain income bracket of which we should start filing our taxes .... is it true ? , and how can I make sure I dont owe any money and my situation is up to date.Thank you

if your tax laibility was low enough that you did not need to file there is no issue.
