I apologize. I thought you were asking what else had to be done with respect to you NV company closing and doing businees with the same TIN # XXXXX CA other than the steps you had taken in 1 and 2.
Please reword your question so I may understand. With the understanding I had I would have registered in CA, and worried about sales tax remittance.

I just want to know the steps for the transition. This company is registed in California as foreign corporation. I just want to know the steps to complete this move.

the fee (plus state fees) is 39.00. I don't think it's worth time to do it yourself.
They are already incorporated as a froegn enity in california. So would conversion from a foreign to a domestic entity make sense
for 39.00 + state fees I think it's less costly to file as a new company located in CA.
