Customer Question

Stephanie B:

If it has been more than 72 hours since you e-filed your return or more than four weeks since you mailed a paper return, you should be able to see it on the Where’s my Refund page. If it has been longer than that for either, you can all the IRS and ask them the status of your return. They should be able to see if it is has arrived, although they may not be able to tell you where it is in processing.
