Can I deduct the legal fees I paid to set up a trust to administer

Resolved Question:

Can I deduct the legal fees I paid to set up a trust to administer my assets in the event of my death?

Legal fees are never deductible unless they are in connection with an income producing activity.

This is strictly a personal expense and is no different than legal fees you would pay to have a will drawn up, and they are not deductible for tax purposes.
