I OWE THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA LIKE 980 DOLLARS THEY ORDERED A WAGE GARNISHMENT FOR IT I DID HOWEVER SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN FOR THIS A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO WILL THEY STILL GARNISH MY WAGES EVEN THOUGH I WANT TO DO THEY PAYMENT ARANGEMENT?

If California taxing authorities agree to installment payments - that will stop wage garnishments.

However - they will still garnish any tax refund that might be due to you.
