Which states in the United States do not have a state income tax?

Seven states have no state income tax: Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Washington and Wyoming.

There are two other states, New Hampshire and Tennessee, which only tax dividend and interest income. They do not tax any income from wages or other sources.
