Facial swelling indicates that she might have been bitten by a spide or a bug. If you suspect this, you can use an antihistamine like benadryl to combat the effects. The dosage is 1 mg per lb of body weight.
I would also be concerned about a tooth problem that might be causing swelling. Look around her mouth well and see if you can rule this out.
Also, systemic infections can cause swelling of the glands.
If the benadryl does not help, you will need to see your vet.
This could be a simple parasite problem that could easily be cleared up by deworming the dog. This is the most common cause of lethargy, vomiting, etc.
