Resolved Question:

In my w-2 I have in box 14 Med Inc, Dental Ins, and CA VDI Tax, so I want to know where to put this amounts?

 These amounts will not be entered on your return.  These are your pretax amounts that the employer is showing you the difference between the amount on your paystub and the taxable income in Box 1 of your w-2 that is not otherwise explained in Box 12.
