I filed personal chapter 7 and was closed July 2008, I had	11/12/2009
I left the US in 2001 and have lived in Ireland since that	11/2/2009
I have failed to meet my deadline date for filing taxes on	10/24/2009
What is the IRS penalty for filing late? We filed an extension	10/21/2009
Last year, my accountant failed to file an extension for my	10/20/2009
Can I file for another extention?	10/15/2009
I had applied for a 6 month extension which would be for today	10/15/2009
Have a friend who filed extension for 2008. He died 2 days	10/7/2009
