Hi,

The low beams and high beams on this model run on two separate relays. The low beam relay is also called the daytime running light relay. It works along with the daytime running light resistor to turn the low beams on.

Did you check the daytime running light relay yet?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
Where would I find this relay?
Expert:  Jared D replied 7 months ago.

Does your car have the two light model or the four light model?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
I believe it's the four
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
Actually two

In that case there's no low beam relay. The low beams are controlled through the daytime running light control module.

This module could be burned up. Do you have a multimeter to check for voltage at the headlight connector?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
Ok and so that would cause my lowbeams not to turn on even when I turn them on manually?
Expert:  Jared D replied 7 months ago.

Yes. When they first stopped working you didn't smell a slight burning smell under the dash did you?

I do, where is the headlight connector
Expert:  Jared D replied 7 months ago.

At the back of each headlight bulb you should be able to unplug the connector. You will have 3 wires. The yellow wire should have 12 volts with the headlights on low beam.
