Customer Question

I have a 1996 subaru legacy outback 2.5l. I bought it with a blown head gasket. Got the job done. Went to reset the smog rediness monitors. I was able to get all the monitors to clear(stop flashing on my scan tool) i was ready for a smog. I turned off the car and started it back up. I checked the monitors. And they where not longer cleared. (O. OH. E, and C) i drive 20 miles then they are cleared. I turn off the car. And same thing. Ive already switched the ecu out with a new one from a pick a part. And i also have 12v at the constant pin on the harness.
