Hi,code P0021 is a fault with the camshaft advance system bank 2, Bank 2 is left side of engine with #2 and #4 cylinders, the most common fault is with the oil control solenoid on top of cylinder head, the valve sticks and fault code is thrown, other possibilities are incorrect cambelt alignment, the advance gear on the camshaft or the camshaft itself. Most importantly is the level and condition of the oil it should be clean and full of course the passages for this system are easily clogged and could also be a cause for the code.If the oil is regularly changed and there is no constant runability concerns I would start with replacing the oil control valve on top of engine first, thanks
