Hello my name is***** am an ASE Master Technician and I am glad to help you out with your question.

Expert:  Dan replied 3 months ago.

The key fob may need to be re- registered to the vehicle. The dealer would need to do this. You could also have a problem in the drivers door, you would need to remove the door panel to diagnose why you are not able to enter on the drivers side with the regular key, the cable may have come off the lock. Or the lock arm could be broken.
