JA: Have you located all of the vehicle's oxygen sensors? Are the wires leading to and from each intact and in good shape?
Customer: error
JA: What is the model/year of your Subaru?
Customer: the connector for the rear o2 sensor is cracked and a corner is missing
JA: What year is your Subaru?
Customer: 2000 legacy outback
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: replaced both o2 sensors
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: I would like to fix it myself. I'm not sure how difficult the connector replacement is
