Subaru Outback: 2002 Subaru Outback Running bad, did have

Customer Question

2002 Subaru Outback
Running bad, did have P0130....I did change the O2/air fuel ratio sensor B1S1.
Does not want to idle...I have checked for vacuum leaks...none found.
If I spray Throttle body cleaner into the intake the en=gine smoothes out and runs fine.
Once on the road it runs fine, just does run good at idle???????

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!P0130 sets when the engine is running lean, and the fact that it runs better with the added fuel also points to it running lean. The first thing that should be done is check fuel pressure, preferably under a load. Has fuel pressure been tested, and if so what was the reading?
