Customer Question

Need car advice. Just recently replaced rack & pinion and power steering pump several weeks ago on 1999 Subaru Outback Sport. Same problems are happening again:
1) car steering becomes difficult at low speed especially when parallel parking
2) fluid reservoir is full/not leaking, belt is tight
3) at very slow speed as I turn (usually left) car makes grinding noise like the gears on the rack & pinion are grinding
First time I brought the car the rack & pinion was replaced. On the way home same problems occurred. Took car back and the replaced the pump. Now I am experiencing again
Any thoughts on what the problem is???
