initially I couldn't remove the key but I can now and it does turn

No. The light all light up and blink and make a clicking sound

can you try a jump start if the battery voltage is low the key will not turn

No I am not able to jump start. It is in the garage. I had driven the car several times today with no problems. I do not believe it is a battery issue

it sounds like a weak battery can you remove the batty and have someone charge it? do you have road service like AAA?

No. I will contact a Subaru Dealer tomorrow. Again I do not believe it is a battery issue. I am not happy with service and I am requesting a refund
