2003 Subaru outback with malfunctioning rear o2 sensor -

2003 Subaru outback with malfunctioning rear o2 sensor - only sign is the check engine light is on. Mechanic at Subaru dealer dx'ed problem. says needs replacement but parts will take 4days. Is it safe to drive for those 4 days? Or should I get a rental?

Hello I will help you with your question,

Yes it is safe to drive until you get the sensor replaced, the only time you need to stop is when the check engine light is flashing, otherwise it is Ok to drive.
