Ron this is with the 2006 2.5 t/ sti. after running the

Ron this is jerry with the 2006 2.5 t/b sti. after running the relearn 5 times the engine will run but surges and on throttle response I can disconnect the throttle body and the engine will idle at 1100 rpm and the throttle will respond only to 2200 rmp.
this rebuild has stage 2 cam shafts I have done 3 of the rebuild and have not had this problem after relearn steps thank you for your help

iam using a OBD 2 scan tool

The code P0107 indicates a low signal from the MAP sensor.

The code P2109 is indicating that the Throttle Position Sensor voltage did not return to the same spot under closed throttle. See the steps to check it in the link below.

Im not find any reference to the codes P0201 and P0202 and they may be due to disconnecting the TB while its was running. See if you can get the other codes resolved and see what resets.
