Hello, my name is***** for the question. If I am not online when you return please give me some time to get back to you. Most of the time this is caused by a bad brake light switch. The switch on the brake pedal assembly fails and caused this. You can try unhooking the switch to see if they turn off. If they do then that is the issue. If not then you may have a failing relay or a circuit issue.
