Hi there,Sometimes the hatch handles stick open on these because the pivot point freezes up. I would like to have you push the handle towards the hatch to make sure it's down all the way, then unlock the doors and try opening it. If the handle is stuck in the up position, the lock won't unlock and their won't be any travel in the handle to actually trip the latch to open the door.Please try this and let me know.Thanks
