Looking to remove columns on garage space supporting a

looking to remove columns on garage space supporting a second floor. building is 28' wide x 20' deep with 20' beams supported by steel columns at 10' and 20' from the left of the 28' width. would like to use lvl to span with out columns. what size and how many would be needed for each beam.
JA: OK. Is there anything else the Structural Engineer should be aware of?
Customer: no special loading. 50lb snow load 40lb live on floor 20lb dead. there are two bedrooms and 2 baths above
