Customer: I need to know what size of wooden beam i nerd for hold my roof?

Customer: I have remove a wall between my bedroom and hallway to make my room bigger
JA: Is there anything else the Structural Engineer should be aware of?
Customer: So already i removed some horizontal support that i had under my old beam

This is a room 12 by 10 with slopped roof, no any top floor. Just a simple wooden ceiling. The long of beam that i need is 12' that will hold a side of same slopped roof and a side of my porch roof that already i closed it like a room. I putted two 2*4 horizontal support for hold the new beam in the left and right side but just i am wondering what size of beam i need?
