I have a manufactured home that was flooded. the crawlspace

Customer Question

I have a manufactured home that was flooded. the crawlspace was completely submerged. I actually fell through the subfloor it was so wet. Do we need to replace the joists as well? the floor is coming up in the living room
JA: OK. Tell me a bit more about what's going on so we can help you best.
Customer: river flooded the home, the subfloor is completely wet and the floor is falling through. Since the joists also got wet, do they need to replace those as well when the contractors replace the subfloors
JA: Is there anything else the Structural Engineer should be aware of?
Customer: the floor seems to be raising in certain areas, like the joists are lifting up the floor

If the floor joists are lifting up and warping, then they do need to be replaced.
