Customer Question

I have had water in my homes crawl space and recently had a water eradication system installed with PVC pipes along the inside of the cinderblock under the ground surface, and sump pumps to get rid of the water. I was told that holes were drilled into the cinderblock to let the water out and into the pipe. I now have been told by a pest control company that they need to drill holes into the cinder block to put termite poison in the wall. The alternative would be to drill holes in the sill plates. My question, is either appropriate and will either weaken the structural foundation of my home ?
