I'm looking to support a 24 by 24 ft roof with three glulam

Customer Question

I'm looking to support a 24 by 24 ft roof with three glulam beams. How big of glulams do I need?
JA: OK. Tell me a bit more about what's going on so we can help you best.
Customer: There are three post on each side of the structure. One at each corner and one in the center. The pitch is 3/12. The 3 glulams will support 4 by 12 rafters and 1 in T and g decking.
JA: Is there anything else the Structural Engineer should be aware of?
Customer: The rafters will be at 4 ft centers.
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Structural Engineer about your situation and then connect you two.

3/12 gable with 3 beams, 12ft apart. The center beam supports the ridge. The span 24ft. The beans are glulam.
Expert:  StructuralEng replied 8 months ago.
Is there one at the ridge and one at each eave? Or are the two not at the ridge halfway from ridge to eave?
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
One at the ridge and one at each eave.

Correction the span of the beams is 20ft not 24ft. I had 5.5 x 16 inch gluelams
