Stl. Beam Design: (Residential) holding 2nd floor Area (22.5'x18.5'x(half of which is on conc found. both sides. ).5= 209 sf.)
2x8 clg. joists span 22'-6" from end to end.. Flush beam if possible will pick up 18'-6" of clear span.
Bedroom above with a bath in 1st 3rd of beam. 2nd fl. 2x4 Partition parallel to beam 3'-0 into span/ [7'-6" 2nd fl. clg. hgt. h-Plaster-wood lath mat'l.
2nd fl. clg joists 2x6. bear on 2x4 partition.
No roof load.
will an WF 8x ? work?

You will need a W8x28 beam ASTM A882 Gr. 50
