Customer Question

Hi,
I'm looking into leasing a warehouse space and would like to make some modifications.
I want to know if it's possible and won't violate any building codes etc and the approx. cost to have the work done.
I have an attached rough drawing that will help explain my question.
thanks,
glenn.estimate for
-installing 2 doorways in a solid brick support wall ( wall height approx 16ft )
-installing drain and plumbing for 2 additional proposed washrooms
-exhaust hood for cooktop
-installing 4ft high raised floor / stage of 360sqft.

Usually there are multiple codes to worry about. It would help if I knew exactly the city in which the building is located.

Usually there are multiple codes to worry about. It would help if I knew exactly the city in which the building is located. Ok, from my initial research I understand that the City of Scarborough is really a district within the City of Toronto and is therefore covered by Toronto's permitting procedures and ordinances. The next step then is to tell me where the property is so that I can determine the zoning requirements for your construction proposals.
