Customer Question

A load bearing wall of 12 feet supported by a walls along each side of the 12 feet. A 4x4 was taken out 1/4 the way along the support beam of 12 feet. 6 years later there is a 1/2 inch sag. Is this acceptable and expected to happen to a home built in the 1960's and a one story home.
