Hello
Expert:  StructuralEng replied 1 year ago.
What is the joist length on each side of the beam?Is it supporting two floors plus the attic? Will it support any ceramic tile?

Yes ceramic tile floor

You can plan for a W12x26 beam ASTM A992 Gr. 50 beam as long as the joists are detailed to brace the top flange of the beam.
