Hi looking to install a level to a raised ranch. Ranch is rectangular 50'x28' Existing basement is 8" conc block, 1st floor is wall 2x4 construction at 16" oc, 2x8 floor 16". For the new 2nd floor addition I would sister to existing joists [email protected] with new TJI. There are lally columns in basement, so Im assuming wall walls on 1st floor are load bearing. Should I go with TJI 230 11 deep?
