I am removing a bearing wall that is 20 with a 4' return.

Customer Question

I am removing a bearing wall that is 20 long with a 4' return. The wall is carrying the ceiling joists that are 2x8 @24"OC, Roof is stick framed not trusses with an unused attic above. I need to know the size of the LVL needed for the 20' span. This LVL will need to tie into a 2nd LVL that runs perpendicular I need sized to carry the end load. I am also looking for an lvl size to carry the end load.
If you can visualize I am using the LVL's to create a T with all 3 ends resting on bearing surfaces.

Thank you. Will the LVL support just the attic or the roof, too? What is the hoist length on each side of the beam?

Due to the delay I have received my answer from another source.
