I want to build a tower 20' tall that will support a 550 gallon

Customer Question

I want to build a tower 20' tall that will support a 550 gallon plastic tank filled with fresh water. My plan is to build a 3 tiered structure of wood with the first tier 8' high by 12' wide, the second tier is 8' high by 10 wide, and the 3rd tier is 4' high by 8 ' wide. I plan to use douglas fir for the wood and have 2 X 4 vertical supports every 16" and use 2 X 6 planks for flooring. Will this support the weight?

Can you post a sketch?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
At my current location, I cannot scan the sketch but I do have one. I will not be able to send a sketch until next week.

That is fine. I will look for it next week.

I have a series of sketches for each tier and can scan to send next week when I get back to the office. How do I contact you next week or do I just start over with a new engineer? Is there an email address where I can send the sketches?

I apologize for the technical difficulty. I haven't seen them yet. Did you send them to customer service?
