Do you have a gable roof?
What is the city and state so I can look at snow loading?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
The peak is 4ft from the attic floor. No windows or sky lights. 2 standard vents. Location is Farmington Hills, Mi.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Vents are roof vents.

Is the roof sagging or the attic?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
The roof is sagging noticeably, and the floor is sagging. That is the attic floor.

Can you attach a few pictures?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Unfortunately, no. I'm at work. The attic floor support is 2, 21ft, 2x6 wood beams perpendicular to the peak. each are attached to the roof peak with a 2x4. At the middle of each beam.
