My home has a bulging side wall due to the basement wall collapsing

Customer Question

My home has a bulging side wall due to the basement wall collapsing inward rolling the sill plate outward. I had three basement cos look at it last year and now have steel I beams and a french drain. Should this keep the bulge from getting worse? If it does it's going to collapse. It seems like the wall needs to be rebuilt. Suggestions? Solutions?
