StructuralEng : Hi
StructuralEng : I can help
StructuralEng : These are really two separate questions and should be asked as two.
StructuralEng : Let me know if you're still interested in proceeding.
Customer :

yes please

StructuralEng : Ok
StructuralEng : Which do you want me to answer here?
Customer :

garage floor one first

StructuralEng :

And that is it for this particular question? You'll ask teh house question separately?

StructuralEng :

Before we get started I’d like to point out that a Professional Engineer’s
standard of care typically includes a site visit to assess field conditions and
get an overall understanding of the structure. This can obviously not be
accomplished through the internet. The information provided here is meant
for informational purposes only (general sizing and budgeting) and is based on
the information provided by you. The information should be verified by a
professional engineer who can visit the site to ensure that potentially
important information has not been overlooked or omitted.

StructuralEng :

What is the span of the garage beams?

What kind of decking will you be using?

StructuralEng :
StructuralEng :

You're looking for steel, right?

Customer :

well I would like answers for both as garage and house is connected but the span of the garage is 3250m

Customer :

no RD09 pre-stressed concrete beams

StructuralEng :

I understand, but they are really two separate questions.

StructuralEng :

I can opt-out and see if another engineer is willing to answer both as one question.

Customer :

no I have paid you can you not answer ?

StructuralEng :

I can answer

I haven't been paid yet.

StructuralEng :

I'm saying that I don't want to answer two questions as one.

Customer :

so how do I stop payment ?

StructuralEng :

I will request a refund for you.

StructuralEng :
StructuralEng :

Best of luck with your project.

Customer :

Thank you

StructuralEng : No problem. It's already been requested
Customer :

Once again thanks ! bye
