I have constructed the following: southern pine 2x12 treated . three boards laminated sandwiched with one inch plywood between boards. glue and screws.14 foot span. What is the load limit?

Yes it is pressure treated and will be used outside. Single.

Correction, it is 3/8 inch treated ply between 2 x 12 boards

Yes and bridging every 4 feet.
